How it is calculated

1. Direction comes from the stop: below entry is a long, above entry is a short.
2. Risk = |entry − stop|. Reward = |target − entry|.
3. Ratio = reward ÷ risk, shown as 1 : ratio.
4. Break-even win rate = 1 ÷ (1 + ratio): the share of trades you must win to break even before costs.
